何れかの本サービスでメンバーアカウントを開設するよう求められた場合、登録用フォームに沿って、現在の完全かつ正確な情報を入力し、登録手続きを完了させる必要があります。登録の際は、パスワードおよびユーザー名を設定します。お客様のパスワードとアカウントの機密保持に関する全責任は、お客様が負うものとします。また、お客様のアカウントが無断で使用されたり、セキュリティに関する違反があった場合には、直ちにSLSにその旨を通知することに合意するものとします。SLSは、お客様が認識していたか否かに関わらず、お客様のアカウントまたはパスワードを第三者が使用したことによって、お客様が被った損失については、一切責任を負わないものとします。ただし、お客様は、お客様のアカウントまたはパスワードを第三者が使用にした原因により、SLSが被った損失について、責任を負う場合があります。お客様は、どのような場合でも、アカウント所有者の許可なしに他人のアカウント使用してはなりません。
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE.
As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any SLS server, or the network(s) connected to any SLS server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any SLS server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.
違法または禁止された使用をしないこと
本サービス使用の条件として、お客様は、本サービスを違法な目的、またはSMA記載の諸条件および通知により禁じられた目的のために使用しないものとします。お客様は、SLSのサーバーまたはSLSのサーバーに接続されたネットワークに損害を与え。これを不能にし、これに過度な負荷を与え、もしくはこれを害するような方法。または他者による本サービスを妨害する可能性のあるような方法で、本サービスを使用しないものとします。ハッキング、パスワードの引き出しなどの方法で、本サービス、他のアカウント、本サービスまたはSLSのサーバーに接続しているコンピューターシステム、ネットワークに対して不正なアクセスを試みてはならないものとします。
お客様は、本サービスを通じて意図されずに利用可能となったマテリアルまたは情報を、如何なる手段を使っても取得したり、取得を試みてはならないものとします。
