What is required for me to sign up? |
A: |
The sign-up
process is simple. Apply for your membership by Credit Card (VISA, MASTER CARD, and JCB accepted), once Payment has been approved, select your password, and you're ready to access to SLS private club. Your user ID (username) will be provided on the screen automatically. |

What are tips for creating a secure password? |
A: |
When creating
your password, please keep the following in mind:
Do not use words as passwords.
Do not base your password on any personal information
that is publicly available.
Make sure your password contains a healthy mix of
letters and numbers.
Pick something you'll be able to remember well
enough that you won't need to write it down, but that is not easy for
someone else to guess.
Do not post your password in a public location.
It is best to choose a password you won't need to write down. If you
do need to write it down, make sure it's kept in a very safe location,
not available to anyone but you.

When I try to register an account, I get an error
message. What does it mean? |
A: |
There are
several reasons why you might receive an error message. First, your remote host may be an Unauthorized host to sign up. Second, there might be a problem with the site being accessed. An access over the Proxy server cannot be accepted for sign up. Third, network congestion might slow
down the system. The error messages will communicate the
nature of the problem. If the error message is not clear to you,
please contact customer service for further support by using our online
form. |

What if I forget my accounts password? |
A: |
If you
forget your password, You will need to remember the Credit Card transaction number from iBill. The number must exactly match the iBill credit card transaction number provided from iBill via email when you first signed up for your accounts. If you have forgotten
your iBill credit card transaction number, unfortunately you will not
be able to access to the club, and you will
need to re-register for your accounts.
You can request to look up
your original account by contacting customer service using our
inquiry form. |

What if I forget my accounts user ID? |
A: |
If you forget
your user ID (username), unfortunately you will not be able to access to SLS private club.
For security reasons, we will not e-mail an unauthenticated user a user ID. |
